Jessica Simpson has topped a poll to identify the best boobs in Hollywood.The actress beat Tyra Banks and Scarlett Johansson to the title, which was awarded by In Touch magazine.Lindsay Lohan and Beyoncé Knowles were also in the top ten.Commenting on the award, Simpson's father Joe said: "She's got double-Ds! You can't cover those suckers up."
